FAQ

1. How would you describe your photography style?

I love to capture the vibrant and saturated colours of life!

Colour is everywhere in this beautiful world, so I embrace it and work with what nature has already provided!

2. What types of photography services do you offer?

Sports event / game coverage

Business / personal event coverage

Personal / family portraits

3. what is the process to booking a shoot?

Head over to the "Contact" page and fill out the form, with a brief description of what you are looking for. I will respond within 24 hours, and discuss options either by email, over the phone / videocall or in person over a coffee (my shout).

After an arrangement has been agreed on, I will send through a contract and a 20% deposit will be payable.

5. Is the deposit refundable?

No - The deposit is an upfront, non-refundable bond, that reserves your timeslot

6. What is included in each package?

To further look into what each package contains, send me an email on the contact form to discuss coverage hours, deliverables, location options and dates / times.

7. What is the deliverable turnaround time?

The deliverable turn around time depends on the project,  package purchased and/or need for urgency. Typical turn around times can range from the next day to several weeks for larger projects.

(A rush fee may apply for urgent projects)

4. Are raw files provided or available?

8. What happens if my booked shoot cannot proceed due to bad weather?

RAW files will not be provided. Professionally edited and touched up images will be provided as per the arrangement.

If rain is scheduled for the shoot you have booked, you will be given the chance to reschedule to another date that suits both you and the photographer. Mist or light rain is usually not an issue, and can result in beautiful photographs if you are prepared to get a bit wet or cold, however heavy rain will likely require a rescheduling.

What should I wear for a portrait / family photoshoot?

If you have booked a family photoshoot, it is a great idea to wear similar coloured clothes to keep the colours in the photos balanced. When photographing in an outdoor setting, earthy colours look great (blues, greens, pinks, browns), however it is important to remember that these are your photos and you should dress any way you feel comfortable!
